Your Guaranteed Purchases

PARIS FASHION SHOPS is a Marketplace declared and approved by the ACPR. Your account will only be debited when your order is shipped and/or received. If the goods received do not suit you or do not satisfy you, you have a period of 7 days to return your goods in whole or in part after informing PARIS FASHION SHOPS, an email will then be sent to you to confirm the return address.

Shipments in « postage paid »

For your purchases on our site PARIS FASHION SHOPS, we have negotiated the best rates with efficient and qualified partners to deliver your goods quickly and seriously. The proposed rates are calculated according to the weight of the parcel as well as the delivery zone in the determined country (France and Europe only). You can consult the price list here, be careful to look at the delivery zones. The shipping costs will be added to your cart, you will not have any other shipping costs to pay upon delivery (except duties and taxes depending on the country). For all other countries, we invite you to contact our Customer Service clients@parisfashionshops.com to be able to offer you efficient solutions at preferential rates according to your needs.

Shipments in « postage due »

You may choose to have the merchandise shipped by the carrier/forwarder of your choice, you must provide an account number or ensure that the carrier/forwarder agrees to bill you directly for all shipping costs as well as duties and taxes if any. PARIS FASHION SHOPS will release your paid merchandise to the carrier/forwarder of your choice and will not charge you for delivery in these cases.

Shipping « free of charge »

If you wish to collect the order(s) yourself from our showroom, which will allow you to group all your purchases from several sellers in a single point, you can also opt for the "PFS Click&Collect", which will not cost you any shipping fees.
