.ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company PARIS FASHION SHOPS – PFS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €470,975, whose registered office is located at 91 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 819 963 919 (hereinafter the "Organizer"),is running a promotional operation entitled "French Style," accessible on the Paris Fashion Shops website and social media channels.

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION OF THE OPERATION
.

The operation runs from 07/27/2026 at 00:00 to 08/02/2026 at 23:59 inclusive (Paris time).

Any participation submitted outside this period will be automatically excluded.

ARTICLE 3 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
.

The shipping discount code is granted for any participation meeting the following three (3) cumulative criteria during the operation period:

• Action 1: Follow one of the official Paris Fashion Shops social media accounts
• Action 2: Tag a merchant in a comment on the post dedicated to the operation
• Action 3: Send a photo of their storefront via Instagram direct message to the @parisfashionshops account

Exclusions:

• Any participation not meeting all three cumulative conditions
• Any participation submitted outside the operation period defined in Article 2

ARTICLE 4 – BENEFIT
.

Each eligible participant receives a unique discount code for -30% off shipping costs, applicable to an order placed on the Paris Fashion Shops website. The code will be issued by the Organizer subject to verification and confirmed validation of the three mandatory actions referenced above.

ARTICLE 5 – TERMS OF AWARD

• The discount code will be sent by email after the PFS team verifies the three required actions
• The benefit is personal, strictly non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers
• No exchange, refund, or compensation will be provided for this benefit

ARTICLE 6 – VALIDATION OF PARTICIPATION
.

Participation is validated only after the PFS team verifies the three required actions:

1. Confirmation of the follow on an official Paris Fashion Shops social media account
2. Confirmation that a merchant was tagged in a comment on the contest post
3. Confirmation of receipt of the storefront photo via Instagram direct message to @parisfashionshops

Any participation that does not comply with the conditions set out in Article 3 will result in the immediate cancellation of the benefit.

ARTICLE 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the operation in the event of force majeure. Any fraud or attempt to circumvent these rules will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.

ARTICLE 8 – DATA PROTECTION
.

Participants' personal data is processed by the Organizer for the purpose of managing the promotional operation, in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR) and the privacy policy available on the Paris Fashion Shops website.
