Contest Rules – “All-American”

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company PARIS FASHION SHOPS – PFS, a SAS with a capital of €470,975, with its registered office at 91 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris RCS under number 819 963 919 (hereinafter “the Organizer”),is running a promotional operation with a prize draw entitled “All-American”, accessible on the Paris Fashion Shops website.

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION OF THE OPERATION

The promotion runs from 06/07/2026 at 00:00 to 14/07/2026 at 23:59 (Paris time).

Any order validated outside this period will be automatically excluded.

ARTICLE 3 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Participation is automatically validated for any order meeting the following cumulative criteria:

Period: Order validated and paid between 06/07/2026 and 14/07/2026 inclusive
Minimum amount: Minimum purchase of €450 excl. VAT per order
Key condition: No restrictions on the types of products purchased

Exclusions:

Orders under €450
Orders that are canceled, refunded, or partially returned

ARTICLE 4 – PRIZE (THE WINNING)

Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw. Each winner will receive one (1) gift card worth €100, valid at a sports retailer of their choice (e.g., Courir, Go Sport, etc.).

ARTICLE 5 – ALLOCATION PROCEDURE

The draw will be conducted within 2 weeks after the end of the operation, no later than 28/07/2026
Winners will be contacted by email
If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and no new draw will be held
The prize is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable

ARTICLE 6 – PARTICIPATION VALIDATION

Participation is validated only after:

Expiration of the 7-day withdrawal period allowed under the website’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
No total or partial return of the order.

Any non-compliance or cancellation of the order will result in immediate disqualification from the contest.

ARTICLE 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in case of force majeure. Any fraud or attempt to circumvent these rules will result in immediate exclusion from the contest.
