Contest - Heritage Week

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISING COMPANY

PARIS FASHION SHOPS – PFS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €470,975, whose registered office is located at 91 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 819 963 919 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), is organising a promotional operation with a prize draw entitled “Heritage Week”, accessible on the Paris Fashion Shops website.

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION OF THE OPERATION

The operation will run from 14/09/2026 at 00:00 until 20/09/2026 at 23:59 inclusive (Paris time).

Any order validated and paid for outside this period will automatically be excluded.

ARTICLE 3 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Participation in the prize draw is automatically validated for any order meeting all of the following criteria:

• Period: order validated and paid for between 14/09/2026 and 20/09/2026 inclusive
• Minimum amount: a minimum of €450 excl. VAT in purchases, excluding delivery charges and taxes
• Key condition: the eligible amount of €450 excl. VAT is calculated based on the total value of the products in the order and must consist exclusively of products from the “Heritage Week” selection

Exclusions:

• Orders where the total value of products from the “Heritage Week” selection is less than €450 excl. VAT, even if the overall basket value exceeds €450 excl. VAT
• Cancelled or fully refunded orders
• Orders subject to a full or partial return resulting in the value of eligible products falling below the €450 excl. VATthreshold

ARTICLE 4 – PRIZE

The operation will designate one (1) winner by random draw.

The winner will receive a promotional code granting free delivery on their next three (3) orders placed on the Paris Fashion Shops website.

The promotional code will be valid for three (3) months from its date of issue.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE AWARD PROCEDURE

• The prize draw will take place within a maximum of 2 weeks after the end of the operation, and no later than 08/10/2026
• The winner will be contacted by email at the address associated with their account within 48 hours following the prize draw
• If the winner does not respond within 30 days from the date the email is sent, the prize will be permanently forfeited and will not be awarded again
• The prize is nominative, personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable

ARTICLE 6 – VALIDATION OF PARTICIPATION

Participation will only be definitively validated after:

1. Expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period provided for in the website’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale
2. No full or partial return resulting in the minimum purchase amount no longer being met

Any non-compliance, cancellation or modification of the order resulting in the eligibility conditions no longer being met will lead to cancellation of the participation.

The prize draw will be carried out randomly after the end of the operation, and no later than 08/10/2026, among definitively validated entries only.

ARTICLE 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organising Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the operation in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

Any fraud, false declaration or attempt to circumvent these terms and conditions will result in the participant’s immediate exclusion.

ARTICLE 8 – DATA PROTECTION

Participants’ personal data is processed by the Organiser solely for the purposes of managing the promotional operation, verifying participants’ eligibility and awarding the prize, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, including the GDPR, as well as the privacy policy available on the Paris Fashion Shops website.
